“Everything was great, very nice room and very nice hotel overall. Stayed 3 nights, free breakfast included which was nice. The only thing that was not my favorite was the shower head, the pressure and water stream overall sucked but it did get very hot and bathroom was nice and spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“This property is very nice and peaceful and super convenient to Cave Creek, Carefree and North Scottsdale. The units are very large with a full kitchen and large bedrooms and bathrooms. The units are starting to show their age though and could use a refresh. The room was quite clean except for the 5 dead cockroaches I found when I checked in. I was told they had sprayed the entire property a day or two before which is fine but when I reported this there was no offer to send housecleaning to...

“The adult pool was peaceful and never busy. Mostly retired folks. The seats even had cushions, which was nice. As it’s attached to the gym, there were washrooms & filtered water easily accessible. Wifi was a bit weak on the property, causing delays in streaming, or not streaming at all. However, the property and amenities made up for that. Very much enjoyed & will stay again.”

“Every staff member I encountered was amAzing! We were there for 4 days, so we saw at least 8 different members, and they were all lovely. Very helpful and went above and beyond for our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the early checkin was only $25?! We will stay here every time we come to Scotsdale!”

“Staff was friendly and check in was quick. The room was clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is good with premade omelette, sausage, and waffle choices. Location is good, near many stores and restaurants. The furniture and carpets and hallways are somewhat dated and old, showing their wear.”

“The place was perfect! We have family in the area and usually stay for 3 to 4 nights. The price was exceptional for the accommodations: a studio unit with a king bed, spacious living area, and a nice-sized kitchen. The location was close to family, shopping, and dining. The property was very clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was included and had many options with fresh fruit to go. We will definitely stay here again. One slight negative—it can be hard to locate. ”
