“Property was too close to the highway to enjoy the view/balcony. Also at 10:00 we were told to leave NOW as the cleaning crew was coming. Or there would be a charge for every two minutes that they had to wait outside. Even though check out was 11:00 AM. Definitely won't be staying there again! ”

“Our stay was great! The description is accurate. We enjoyed our 6 Mid-March days at "Cozy Perfect Conch Cottage." Yes, it's technically camping, but it's very NICE camping...in a campground...but a very NICE campground. The bed we used (there were only 2 of us) was super comfortable. The WiFi worked great. It was awesome having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The towels were plentiful, soft and luxurious. Linens were also very soft and comfortable. Everything needed for basic cooking was...

“My son and I were coming down to the Keyes for a short vacation, he has just lost his mother and my wife, so I was looking for a place that was accessible, affordable, well maintained, this was the place. "Appena arrivati ci hanno informati che la piscina non funzionava (e questo dal 15 agosto) e dunque se volevamo andare in piscina dovevamo prendere la macchina e recarci presso un altro hotel. Eravamo molto scocciati ed abbiamo informato hôtels.com. L’operatore si è messo in contatto con l’hotel e ci ha confermato che ci avrebbero dato una stanza migliore (vista spiaggia) ed altri omaggi. Non c’è stato nulla di quanto promesso. Inoltre la colazione era orribile: ci hanno dato una scatola con dentro un muffin e un bagel (anche duro) e oltre al caffè ed al latte non c’era nient’altro a disposizione. Viaggiavamo con 2 bambine e per loro non c’era nulla per la colazione (neanche dei cereali per bambini). Il personale del front deal è stato estremamente scortese. Una delusione e totale"
