“We asked to be moved from a noisy room to what was hoped to be a more quiet room. The new room was a bit quieter because it didn’t have noisy people in the next room. However, the rooms have no insulation or noise barriers so any sound in the vicinity is amplified in your room.
The toilet was also plugged when we checked in and mostly remained that way until we checked out. Not acceptable.”

“When I drove up, I was immediately dismayed at the location and condition of the property and was concerned for the safety of my car in the parking lot. All rooms had outside doors, which is never a good sign.
I checked in without incident, good or bad. When I arrived at my room I noticed that it was next to a stairwell at the busiest and loudest part of the building. Until 2 a.m. there were loud voices and running outside my door.
