“10/10 Honnêtement un des Hotels les plus propre que j'ai vu. Tout et même le déjeuner était magnifique. J'aurais passer 1 mois ici avec ma blonde et mes 3 enfants sans problème. Vraiment wowww”

“AC unit was partially hanging out of the front wall. Outside temperature is 100° and the inside temperature was barely cool. There was a wet towel on the floor collecting water underneath the AC unit in the room. The front door wouldn't lock until I worked on it to lift it up and hold it in place so I could lock it. I paid for a queen room and got two double beds. The front lobby windows were filthy”

“For the price I’d say this was an OK stay. It was apparent that cleaning this particular room was not a priority as my cat went in and immediately found old food, and a busted balloon with the string still attached to it that she instantly choked on because she thought it was a toy. I took my flashlight and looked behind the bed and it was filthy, peanuts, old napkins and other food debris were left there. Wish I would have taken a photo. J'ai immédiatement contacté Expedia, qui m'a confirmé que ma réservation n'avait jamais été annulée et qu'elle était toujours active dans leur système. Expedia a également tenté de joindre l'hôtel à deux reprises, sans obtenir de réponse. De plus, leur agente m'a indiqué que l'hôtel avait déjà encaissé le paiement de ma nuit. “The Hotel property was in total disarray and under construction . Furniture and building removed components scattered all over the parking lot. No indication of rental office or check in office. Did not stay in the place had to leave and travel ton Greensboro for over night accommodations.”
