“The room was beautiful and clean. There was a small problem with my reservation. They charge a refundable $50 (per person) security fee. I was completely unaware, and caught off guard. The attendant waived the fee, but told me to read my contract. I read it, and it still wasn't there. About 2 in the morning, I started getting e-mails telling me about the fee. By then, it was too late. I was already in the room. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. ”
