“Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. ”

“Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears.
We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel. ”
