Ventonvaise Orchard Cottage is a tranquil hidden oasis 1 bedroom cottage(sleeps 2) . Nestled in two acres of beautiful countryside with its own private sunny garden and parking (BBQ , patio furniture and sun loungers) only a 5 minute drive to the wonderful beach's of Perranporth (dog friendly beach)the north coast of Cornwall and centrally located for exploring all Cornwall has to offer. Lovely country walks from your door step and within walking distance of award winning Callestick ice cream farm, Healey's cyder farm and zucchinis Italian restaurant.
Ventonvaise Orchard cottage is a home from home private and peaceful accommodation with it's own south facing garden.
The cottage is bright and airy with reverse accommodation to enjoy the glorious countryside views.
On entering the conservatory from the top garden there is a comfy sofa to relax overlooking the garden and fields beyond, a great spot for bird and wildlife watching.
dining table and chairs, washing machine and dishwasher also in the conservatory.
Entering the cottage is a modern fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with electric oven , gas hob, microwave, separate under counter fridge and freezer.
Lounge area with comfy sofa, flat screen 42 inch Tv with DVD player and Sky free sat. Free wi-fi
Down stairs bedroom with king size bed with ensuite bathroom with large shower, rain head shower .Toilet and hand basin and heated towel rail.
Central heating, wi-fi, electric ,bed linen and towels are all included.
There is an outside hose to rinse wetsuits etc.
Ventonvaise Orchard Cottage enjoys welcoming new and returning guests year after year.
One well behaved Small / medium sized dog welcome. sorry no puppies or large dogs)
Your pet is not to be left alone at the cottage under any circumstance during your stay and we do ask that your pet does not go on the sofa's and bed.

A good base.

This quiet and private location was ideal as a base from which to visit many of the attractions in Cornwall - Geevor Mine, Eden project, Bodmin Moor, Bodmin railway, Falmouth, St Michael's Mount etc. Sue was an excellent host and was there to greet us on our arrival. She was easily contacted if any help was needed (it wasn't). As a retired couple we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the property.

Cozy Hideaway

Wonderful cottage with a nearby dog walk for evenings and a Ice Parlour you can reach by foot. Due to the design you always find a comfortable cool sleeping place and a couch to enjoy the outside even in rain.

Relaxing Holiday

Couldn’t have found a better place to spend a week away from it all. We had everything we needed, the cottage was spotless and the owners were lovely and close by in case of need but utterly respecting our privacy. Loved it.

Perfect !!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage, and it was everything we wanted. It's away from everything, but only a short journey to Perranporth, and the location is ideal for exploring Cornwall. it was a home from home, and Sue was great .. she was there as soon as we arrived to show us around, and just a message away if we needed anything. We would highly recommend a stay here if you like to 'get away from it all's, but also want to explore what's around. We will definitely be back !

our most beautiful accommodation

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet in the country. A wonderful apartment for two, with everything we needed. Even everything for Cornish cream tea was ready. Sue explained everything in a friendly manner. Most people probably overlook the driveway to the property when they arrive. But with so few houses, it's still possible. We had a very relaxing time in Sue's cottage. Thank you very much.

An amazing experience

Our host Sue was absolutely amazing she was there to greet us and show us around the property. For us it was the ideal location, down a country lane quiet and away from any noise. The cottage was immaculate with everything you need, a home from home. It was also located within driving distance to Perranporth and it’s beautiful beach plus much more. We will return !
