Hotel in zona Tryon Farm, Michigan City

“The only complaint I have is there was a lot of hair in the bathtub, on the bathroom floor and on the vanity top.”

“Property is well maintained and beautiful to look at with all the wood. Nice choices for restaurants. Room was very clean. Room service breakfast was convenient and good. When we go back we plan to explore the heated pool area. Casino was clean and non-smoking. Plus even though non- smoking facility they do have good designated smoking areas.”

“The carpeting in the room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. The toilet was plugged up in the morning and we had not really used it. We told the staff when we went downstairs for breakfast and was told that they would unclog it after we checked out (checkout time was two hours away.) I told her that was not acceptable and she came up and plunged the toilet. As she was leaving she said she splashed on the toilet seat but don't worry she wiped it off. I told her that she should have lifted...

“It smells nasty, front desk staff is rude and they are only nice to the white people. Never again. We left a day early. The room smell weird and definitely not clean. The bathroom light also didn’t work.”

“We were staying with our pet and the room that gave us was smelling awful. It was smelling like mold and the bathroom was smelling urine. Then they changed our room and told us that the dogs would cause the smell in the room. The new room was not smelly but it was not clean. The whole room was dusty, there were drinks from previous guests in the fridge. The floors were stained in the bathroom etc.. I do not understand why they think people who travel with their pet do not deserve sanitary...

“The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful.”

“The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)”
