“Unfortunately a terrible experience. Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi. A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour ”

“Leider kommt es in Georgien immer wieder zu Überbuchungen mit Hotels.com! So auch hier. Als wir einchecken wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man kein Zimmer für uns hat. Zudem antworten sie nicht um die Rückerstattung in die Wege zu leiten!”
