“Well. I guess it was my fault to book a property that does not have reviews. I haven't been to Georgia for 30 years and I brought my 2 kids from USA to see the Caucasus. I did send a message in advance to the owner with my flight info and the date of arrival. When we arrived at the place, owner was standing in his courtyard in his underwear, and his wife was surprised to see visitors at her home. She told me that she canceled my booking, then she told Vrbo that she has no access to her booking....

“Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of Mt Kazbegi, and a nice yard, and the host is very nice and accommodating. There is a common kitchen with all the amenities: a small oven, gas, electric kettle, so it was super convenient to also make some simple...

“This owner was completely unresponsive! I reached out multiple times before check-in to get travel information and notify him of my arrival, and you know what? He ignored every single message! When I finally showed up at the location, it was a ghost town—no one was there! I immediately reported this unresponsive owner to VRBO support, and they assured me they would find me an alternative accommodation the same day. Well, guess what? It's been over 14 days, and I still haven't seen a single penny...

"Comfort, pulizia, gentilezza del personale, facilità di salire e scendere rapidamente dalla camera con i moderni ascensori iperveloci. La mia camera era al 19 piano con vista panoramica sulla città e possibilità anche di fruire della piscina. Fermata della metro Linea Verde proprio di fronte all'hotel. Insomma nei miei 4 giorni di Holiday Inn a Tbilisi ha funzionato tutto! Consigliatissimo! "
