“Room was updated and clean. The heater broke one night and was fixed immediately the same day. They staff was so friendly and helpful. Will stay again loved the closeness to the beaches and a lot of the restaurants and shops. ”

They had wine and cheese at 4pm and continental breakfast at 8 am-ish. Flies made cheese and crackers part unappealing and it was not even available first night. Continental breakfast was ehhhh. Most options were past sell date. Mike greated us when we got there and showed us around. Super nice. Would have liked to have a list of restaurants...

“We spent 3 nights here. Charming, spacious room with many windows on 3 sides. Towel warmer was appreciated in bathroom. Walk around porch deck with comfortable rocking chairs to enjoy the sunsets. Nice full breakfast included in a plesant dining room. Very nice grounds to enjoy as well as a good path to beach. Would definitely return here.”

“Cute little dormer had everything we needed. Much more than a “room rental.” Owners very helpful and anxious to please. Abundance of info given on surrounding areas and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed all the dining options they recommended. We should have paid more attention to the detail that renters need to climb 3 sets of stairs. We did not have a problem with that (other than ground or second floor would have been easier) or but others may. A good experience for us. ”
