“Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. “The loft apartment was the perfect size and was built and designed incredibly well. Jim and Diane were great hosts who greeted us and welcomed us onto their beautiful property. “This was our second stay at this cabin, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is peaceful and convenient, and being able to bring our dog was a big plus. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. “The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...
