With additional seating for 3 at the island bar, this beautiful open space filled with large windows and natural light opens up with two French doors. Through the French doors, you will find a screened in porch with breathtaking views of Bear Creek Lake and the mountains. The space features a separate living area with a large outdoor sectional and coffee table on one side to enjoy morning coffee and view sunrises. The other side of the porch features a large custom farm table with seating for eight to enjoy lake view dining or family game nights. Also upstairs is the master bedroom, complete with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks.

On the lower level of this home is three bedrooms. The “French Country” room has an en suite bathroom and features a distressed white queen size bed placed next to two French doors that open to the downstairs porch with amazing lake and mountain views and a custom built twin size bed swing. The “Rustic” room features a queen bed placed in front of the beautiful french doors that open up onto the downstairs porch. This room shares a full bathroom with the “Farm House” bedroom, which features 2 full-size farmhouse metal beds and 2 closets.

The bonus theatre room features a 65-inch Smart TV, a large sectional sleeper sofa and a corduroy beanbag.
