“We have been coming to this Marriott property annually to visit our grandchildren and when we arrived, they said the pool was closed for deep cleaning when in fact it was a broken pump and every day we were told was being fixed and never was until our last night there. They had a note on the pool saying due to anyone inconvenience please ask at the front desk for special accommodations. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. “Key card disabled 6 times requiring a visit to the office to get a new key card. Cockroaches - watched one crawl through the microwave clock. Killed 5 on floor. Floor was dirty and sticky. One the first day I wiped up some water splash in the kitchen area and the towel came up black. Toilet had mold in the bowl and under the rim. The under rim mold was NEVER cleaned even after 3 maid services. WiFi unreliable - would cut out in the middle of my work. I was told that housekeeping services were...

“I had a great experience from the couple that runs the motel. My car broke down and they were very understanding of my problem and allow me to get a mechanic fix my car in their parking lot. Very pleasant experience and the room was extremely clean!!”

“Our stay was fabulous! The Armory Park Inn is outstanding in *every* respect. From the gorgeous interior to the gracious staff, my wife and I knew we had found a winner. Amy and Dora anticipated every need we could have, with snacks, plentiful towels, fast wi-fi, robes, even blackout curtains.
