“After a long drive back from Texas to California, we stayed at Comfort Inn for some rest. The staff was friendly, plenty of parking, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the price was very reasonable! There is not a lot around this property so it was a little difficult to find something to eat. Just come prepared and you’ll be fine!”

“There was a yellow stain next to the bed and the wall in the bathroom had debris on it behind the towels. The usb port did not work on the desk.”

“This is a really great place to stay. It's clean, well maintained, the kitchen area is on par with other places charging a much higher rate, the staff have always been amazing to work with, is pet friendly, is close to the interstate, and is close to many conveniences (coffee shops, restaurants, and stores for necessities). This will be my go to every time I am passing through Tucson.”

“I was highly disappointed. This was falsely advertised. The building reaked of mold and mildew. The pool was disgusting. Hot tub inoperable. Toilet ran the entire time and even told front desk and maintenance never fixed it. Breakfast no good and got worse daily. Old TVs no way to watch what you want.”

The restroom was extremely small and not very comfortable to use. The doors throughout the property made loud noises whenever they opened or closed, which was disruptive. “The Viscount hotel has been around for a long time. The entrance was beautiful and a large atrium with fountain was nice but not used. The room&hallway carpet were quite stained and looked dirty. The suite room was really dark/horrible lighting old . Our refrigerator was broke, the pull out bed had a trashed mattress, the bathroom was out of date, old plastic shower head that didn’t work good, and faucet that leaked. “First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours.”
