“I made a reservation with a wrong date, and noticed immediately after clicking on the book link, so I called the hotel, as the reservation was still one week away, to try to have them help me correct the date, it was less than five minutes that it was made, but they would not even try, I almost begged, I did not want to cancel, just correct the date, but they did not care. Even Expedia agent tried calling them and they would not be any flexible.”

“The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, my stay was a very unpleasant experience. The hallway was extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax. At first, the room seemed decent, but then I noticed small cockroaches crawling into my shoes and all around the room. After seeing that, I felt completely uncomfortable and didn’t even want to get into the bed. I ended up leaving because I could not bring myself to stay in a room with that kind of pest problem. The friendly staff was appreciated.”
