Incantevole casa con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, 1600 piedi quadrati, situata nel sito naturale del deserto, ai piedi del centro, vicino a tutti i servizi ma in un ambiente molto privato. Letto matrimoniale in master, letto singolo in camera da letto 2, nascondere un divano letto in camera da letto / den 3 e nascondere un letto nel soggiorno. Sala da pranzo formale e informale separata. Il patio coperto si affaccia sul cortile posteriore del deserto che è molto privato a causa del sostegno a un lavaggio del deserto con vegetazione pesante. Due box auto. Splendida vista sulle montagne della Catalina di 9.000 piedi. Vicino all'accesso ai sentieri escursionistici della foresta nazionale.

Great house in a beautiful location

My husband and I stayed for a week in this house. The backyard was unique and beautiful. There was a lot of outdoor furniture so we could sit out and enjoy the birds and wildlife we saw. The inside of the house had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen, W/D, comfortable bed, and plenty of room. Everything was clean and they even left paper towels and toilet paper. It was not a fancy house but it was perfect for our vacation and we would return without hesitation.

Nice, large home in a safe neighborhood

The home is large and very clean! Great place for a family to stay! The area is beautiful, safe and secluded due to the surrounding vegetation which we loved! Weather was great the whole time we were there.

Great location for a quiet visit to Tucson

Nice location in the Catalina Foothills. The home has a large living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen area. It had everything we needed, including a wonderful AC system. The only recommendation I'd make is to update the bath towels. They are very old and need replacing. Otherwise, our family of 3 had a lovely visit and would consider staying here again.

Foothills Gem

Great location for us, easy drive to UA and airport and yet set away in the Foothills. Great private back patio with views of the mountains and plenty of quiet and wildlife. Very clean.

Peaceful

We loved the peace and quiet of this lovely home. Everything that we needed was available including extra sheets and towels. The outdoor patio was beautiful and where we ate our meals. Viewing nature from inside or outside was a treat too. We highly recommend!

Upscale neighborhood, easy to find, quiet, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, comfy home and yard, what can I say more? Even learned what a Javelina was from a neighbor on a walk.

Great location, responsive host

Loved the location and the yard. We were visited by coyotes, owls, and bunnies. Great location for birdwatchers and wildlife lovers. Comfortable house. Host was very responsive to questions and requests.

Love the location!

Had A really nice stay at this foothills property. The backyard is incredible. Very wild. Lots of birds. Didn’t see any animals however, no, havelinas, no bobcats, no coyotes, although I did hear coyotes howling at night.

Perfect spot for relaxing

I wasn't expecting to travel alone so was nervous about picking a good area. This place was perfect. Safe, quiet, lots of close things to see and do. Back yard is fabulous. I saw more birds and small critters here than I did in the state park. SUPER Clean. Chris replied quickly with tips around the area. Would love to stay again when I have some company.

Wonderfully quiet, foothills retreate

Very happy with this stay, though there were some quirks to the property. Had a couple initial hiccups with the internet service, but the owner was very responsive and dealt with the problem quickly. House is comfortable, spacious and very homey to anyone who grew up in the 70/80's like me. Backyard/patio area was my favorite -- great place for morning coffee with lots of birds & the sunrise.

Perfect choice for our month in Tucson

If you don't mind being off the beaten path, this property in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the Catalina Foothills is a great choice. It's an older home, but all the "important" stuff works as advertised - kitchen appliances, heating, plumbing, etc. the backyard is an absolute desert oasis, complete with an array of birds and other wildlife. The owner was great to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Backyard

Wonderful house with a great backyard. Great wildlife and bird watching. Very nice place to relax and enjoy the desert scenery. Wifi was great. We rented the house for a week and worked remotely and also did some hiking. There is a great trail just up the street that has very scenic views. We would definitely stay here again.

Bird Watchers Paradise

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this unique property. The backyard is a jungle of desert plants that the birds just love! By jungle, I mean that in the very best sense of the word! We were mesmerized by the constant bird action that took place from sun up till sunset. We were particularly thrilled to see the beautiful Arizona Cardinals. A couple of javalinas even wandered by one morning for another thrilling experience. This property is close to many hiking areas, shopping and points of interest. This home has everything you need for a great stay in the Catalina Foothills.

Great Location, Well maintained house

We had a very nice stay at this house. The location is great -- close Sabino Canyon and other fabulous hiking spots. The house had everything we needed in it, was spotlessly clean, and very quiet. Communication was great. We particularly appreciated the patio, looking over the desert landscape, tons of wildlife to see and listen to.

Was a good place to base out of.

Stay was as described and shown in pictures. We enjoyed the desert quail running by in the mornings and fun desert cactus in the backyard. House offered what we needed in regards to kitchen supplies, wifi and general comfort. Was a good location for accessing what Tucson has to offer and with a nice view of Mt. Lemon as a backdrop.
