“Unsure of where to start..the lady at the desk ensured me that no one was over my head in the upstairs room because I work over night as a nurse, that was wrong around 8:30pm sound like someone was coming through the room, next there were no small towels, that seemed to be a huge inconvenience me asking for towels to wash my face or shower, next the shower was so filthy, watee pressure was super low, it took 1t mins for the water to get hot, i turned it off to run outside, when i turned it back...

“We had an issue with a third-party booking, and it took about 30 minutes for staff to locate the reservation I made for my family and get us a room. Be careful when relying on the pictures on Expedia, as they may not accurately reflect every section of the property. If you stay on the North side, the rooms are newer and amazing. The South side, however, definitely shows its age. Despite that, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were exceptionally clean throughout our stay”
