Welcome to The Rachel Cottage a new 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located in a gated community near Broken Arrow's Rose District! We're thrilled to offer you a comfortable and family-friendly environment with a range of amenities.

One of the highlights of our home is the large backyard, complete with a 6 ft privacy fence. It provides a secure space for you and your family to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. Additionally, our community offers a common picnic/grill area where you can gather with friends and neighbors for some barbecuing and outdoor dining.

If you're a pet owner, you'll be happy to know that we are pet friendly and welcome your furry companions. There's a walking path around the neighborhood pond, perfect for taking your fur babies for a stroll.

We pride ourselves on being family oriented and kid friendly. Our kids' room is equipped with a cozy reading nook filled with books and activities to keep your little ones entertained for hours. Indoors and outdoors, we have a variety of games and entertainment options suitable for all ages.

In the kitchen, you'll find that it's fully stocked with all the essentials you might need during your stay. From cookware to utensils, we've got you covered. We also have samples of local flavors for you to enjoy. Try out our locally made coffee, biscotti, salsa, and sodas from Tulsa and Broken Arrow. This house is well maintained, clean and exactly as described. The home had everything my family needed for our stay and the beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk bed room with books waiting for them. One thing to note, no fault of the property owner, but the neighborhood entrance gate was never locked during our stay at any time. Also, there is a train somewhere nearby and the horn is pretty loud. These are not a fault of the home or the host and we would stay again. Thank you!

Nice Property Great Amenities

This house was the cleanest I have ever stayed at. They have nice amenities and a lot of extras. The GPS will take you to a closed back gate of the neighborhood, so follow the directions the host gives you. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels, pet friendly and nice pits/pans and utensils. Highly recommended

Refreshing and Restful

Simply walking into the home brought a sigh of relief out of my husband and I! We had to move out of our house to get repairs done - our house got flooded in January, then a tree fell on it, then it had a surprising leak that flooded more of the home from some of the tree damage. Walking into this house it was such a breath of fresh air. Every detail was so intentionally thought of. Everything felt clean and fresh and new. We stayed with our three kids and our puppy dog and it was the absolute best experience. So thankful for the intentionality and excellence! Absolutely would recommend this to anyone!

Wedding Weekend Made Perfect!

This was a wonderful ‘home away from home,’. The pride of ownership and the attention to detail was beyond amazing! There were so many extra amenities! The beds were extra comfy and the towels were so plush! I loved how there was a stepping stool available so that my mother in law (who is height challenged) could climb into bed and the extra fan in the master bedroom worked great for our son. I loved the many Tulsa branded items throughout the home. Having a garage to park in was an added bonus!We definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Broken Arrow!

Christmas Baby

My husband & I loved staying at this home the week our grandson was born. There were so many extras that made the home feel cozy and like a home away from home. Some of the extras included Christmas trees & decorations, Christmas coffee & Biscotti, snacks, Christmas-scented soaps, dog bed, dog toys & dog treats & more. The back yard was fenced and perfect for our small dog. A walking trail was accessible from the backyard as well.

Cozy stay

We were down for a football tournament and the Location fit us perfectly. During our off hours we played the games that were in the closet which was a big plus.
