“Great”

“Hotel nuovo E per tale motivo tenuto benissimo. Non si trova esattamente al centro ma vi sono un sacco di localini carini di fianco. La stanza a noi assegnata per quattro persone era ampia e spaziosa ed il bagno molto bello. Unica pecca è che non è facilissimo da rintracciare col satellitare”

“This was a great hotel that we stayed at once before. (Clean rooms, spacious, friendly staff, good breakfast). It was a little bit noisy as we could hear traffic outside and anything happening in the hallway. ”

“I chose this hotel over others because it had a pool but it was closed for renovations so that was disappointing for our child. Our room was spotless and quiet. The person at the front desk helped me choose a room where we could see fireworks (facing downtown) and we could as well at the wild lightning from a passing storm and the river. The building was on the river walk so it was convenient to walk with our dog plus there were a flock of egrets. It would have been 5 star if the pool wasn’t...

“The breakfast attendant was so nice. Super friendly. Also a lot to choose from for breakfast Clean rooms and overall hotel is very clean. Doesn’t have silent bathroom fans which is a huge plus for me.”

“Room was clean and spacious but my AC went out and the ice machine on my floor was broken. The staff was very nice and accommodating and they moved me to another room with no problems. They also offered a complimentary (full and hot) breakfast every morning and complimentary happy hour every evening.”

“Wasn’t a bad stay- wasn’t great either- hotel looks nice- rooms are huge- needs more cleaning as there was a nasty looking stain on the rug near the sofa and the floor wasn’t swept (no carpet)- the elevators were dirty- they allow dogs so the smell was awful in the elevators along with wet floors from the guest coming from the pool I assume because it was before the rain came… we have allergies and being inside the elevators with the dog hair and smell was awful- overall stay was ok it was only...

“Front staff wasn’t very helpful. She also felt the need to remind me that I “booked through a third party”, whenever I asked for an accommodation for my aging 80 year old parent. Like I get a lower tiered experience for booking through Expedia or something. I’m sorry if I didn’t contribute to your commission for booking ma’am, but I’m gonna focus more on my own needs when I book a room. The bed was very wobbly. The food was sub par. The rest was “ok”. It was only one night.”

“There are a lot of homeless in the area. Some attempted to indulge in the breakfast that is offered.. We stayed a month ago and did not see that. For a place to shower and sleep we felt safe.”
