The spaces preserve the freshness of the handmade terrazzo floor, the texture of chukum, and the warmth of wood, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the entrance.

The construction respects the pre-existing vegetation and allows the native flora to continue growing around the spaces, giving place to a natural and calm environment.

Everything was designed to accompany the surroundings and offer a simple, comfortable, and genuine way of living.



This ground-floor apartment, designed for two people, maintains a simple and bright layout thanks to large windows that create a soft and welcoming atmosphere.

The finishes combine the terrazzo floor with walls and ceilings coated in chukum —a traditional mixture made from the resin of a local tree— providing texture and visual continuity between the interior and exterior.

The private patio includes a small pool surrounded by native plants, creating an outdoor space suitable for resting.

An outdoor table and hammocks complement the setting, conceived for relaxed moments.

The kitchen is fully equipped and allows meals to be prepared with ease, and the unit includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, and high-speed Wi-Fi for a comfortable stay.

TEVA is located within Aldea Maya, a private development with controlled access, quiet pathways, and abundant native vegetation that invites walking and moving calmly.

From here, there is quick access to the routes leading to the beach area, as well as to cenotes, shops, and downtown Tulum.
