The top floor location of this gem of a rental will allow you to admire gorgeous views of the surrounding area.

It boasts all the essentials to make cooking a breeze, including a full-size fridge to keep your groceries and goodies nice and fresh during your stay. The stove don’t work for two day and we don’t have hot water for five days don’t have tv. The employees were very nice and the apartment was close to the center but the apartment needs one table and one more chairs

Cannot recommend

I do not agree with the positive reviews here. The apartment is just next to a big road, from which there is excessive noice from heavy traffic day and night. The pools were dirty from dust and smog from the traffic. The apartment is in a building that is still under construction, and seems not properly maintained. The elevator was not working, there were no light at the stairs. The shower head in the bathroom was more or less blocked, so you had to shower under a mist of water. Communication with the rental agency was very poor. No response to our complaints. We decided to find some other place to stay.

Great but no elevator

Stayed on the 4th floor and elevator remained broken for the duration of the stay. Needless to say it wasn’t great walking up 4 flights multiple times a day for a week. Other than that it was fine

I beautiful clean property! Location is awesome, not extremely central, but close to all amenities and a five minute drive from the beach. Property owner and management company are very communicative, and answer questions and I’m very timely manner. Can’t wait to come back and stay at this place again.

Nice Getaway

New and near shopping. There is some noise from the nearby road. Otherwise perfect for a getaway. Near Gran Cenote. Private pool is a nice place to cool down.
