Our location is just a 5-minute walk from Calle 7, La Veleta's most popular street, bustling with a diverse array of restaurants offering cuisines like Mexican, Italian, Asian, Argentinean, and more. Start your day at some of the best coffee shops in the area, and enjoy a few bars available during the night. Conveniently, there's a pharmacy right outside the building and a mini-market around the corner. Additionally, we're close to several renowned holistic hotels, such as Holistika and Muare, excellent for yoga enthusiasts.
We provide parking on our premises exclusively for our guests. However, spaces are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis.
Getting around is convenient with a scooter, ATV, bicycle, or car.
Common Area
To promote a clean, orderly, and safe environment in the common areas of the condominium, the following usage and maintenance rules are established:
Cleanliness and Order: Residents must clean any common area they make dirty. This includes, but is not limited to, spills, food residues, and any other type of mess.
Common Area Furniture: Any furniture or equipment used in common areas must be returned to its original place after use.
Use of Common Bathrooms: In the event of causing a blockage in any bathroom in the common areas, it must be immediately reported to the administration for prompt resolution.
Use of the Swimming Pool: Showering before entering the pool is mandatory. Entry to the pool with mud, sand, or any other substance that could dirty the water is not allowed.
Drinks and food are not allowed inside the pool.
Glass is not permitted in common areas.
Notification for the Use of Specific Areas: To use the grills in the common areas, the condominium administration must be notified between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the same day.
Cleaning after use: In case of using facilities such as grills or similar, any residue such as ashes must be cleaned up, ensuring that the area is left in the state it was found.
It is prohibited to throw cigarette butts, ashes, or any other residue related to tobacco products on the ground in the common areas of the condominium. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, gardens, corridors, pools, gym, and any other shared space.
Bicycles are only allowed to be parked in the designated bicycle area or inside your apartment.
Trash Disposal: Trash should be placed in the designated containers. It is allowed to leave closed, hole-free trash bags outside the main doors of the leased apartment only between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. If they dirty the common area, they must take care of the cleaning. In the case of boxes, flatten them.
The statue door will close at 10:00 pm.
Noise is prohibited after 22:00 pm please report to the security guard any disturbances.
Damage Report in the Apartment:
Obligation to Report Damage: The Tenant is obligated to report any damage or deterioration that occurs in the apartment during the lease period. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to structures, electrical installations, plumbing, appliances, furniture, and any other component of the apartment.
Reporting Procedure: In case of detecting any damage, the Tenant must immediately inform the condominium administration Airbnb app accompanied by clear photographs or videos showing the damage in detail with a brief written description of the problem.
Reporting Time: The report should be made as soon as possible and practically feasible, preferably within 24 hours of detecting or causing the damage.
Consequences of Not Reporting: Failure to timely report damages may result in the Tenant being responsible for the costs of repair or replacement, and could influence the return of the security deposit, as stipulated in the lease agreement.
