Welcome to our home! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
1. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in may be requested, subject to availability, for an additional fee.
2. Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
3. Septic System: To avoid blockages, please do not flush cosmetic products, wipes, or any other items besides toilet paper.
4. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $200 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors. Designated outdoor areas are available for smoking.
5. No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Please inform us in advance if you have special plans.
6. Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests should not exceed the confirmed booking.
7. Safety: Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and that of their group during the stay. Please use all facilities and equipment responsibly.
8. Pool Use: Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must always be supervised.
9. Cleanliness: Please treat the property with care and leave it in good condition. Dispose of trash in designated areas.
