“Pleasant and helpful staff. Room was large and clean. The hotel is super close the Munhyeong station and an easy bus or metro ride to Gwangalli beach and Seomyeon area.
Breakfast was simple self service set up; tea/coffe, toast, egg, milk & cereal, ramyen.
Absolute value for money. Would recommend my girlfriends to stay here”
“I like that Hotel Hongdan was so close to the beach and was within walking distance of transport options. It was a nice and quiet hotel with friendly staff. The style is quite modern but I still managed to find my room cosy. I’d stay there again!”

The 2 issues were :
1) the bathroom that even they has all the appearance of a western-strike bathroom still water POURS outside the tub and POOLS on the floor.
2) the elevators are super slow. Like more than 5min even that they have 4 elevators”
“The location of the hotel is great - next door to a fabulous cocktail bar - possibly the best I’ve been to called Railside bar and also next to the beach train station.
There is a great boardwalk that runs the length of the beach train taking you to the livelier side of town.
We found the staff very helpful unfortunately the way the lift works you tend to bypass the lobby area as you come and go, which is a shame as it’s a nice way to interact and appreciate the service of the staff. ”
