Bonjour Monsieur,Nous sommes désolé d'entendre que vous avez eu une mauvaise expérience.Cependant, le problème que vous avez réclamé était que votre voisin ronflait fort ce qui vous a empêché de dormir.Nous vous avons proposé de changer votre chambre le lendemain, mais vous avez préféré quitterNous avons aussi accepté de vous rembourser la 2eme nuitées (à travers expedia)ou si vous préférez passer à l'hôtel pour remboursement, ça pourrait se faireNous n'avons jamais eu de tels incidents, notre hôtel se situe dans une zone assez calme.
