In San Salvario district, Via San Pio V, on the ground floor, inside the courtyard, it offers peace and quiet and access to a lovely private courtyard with table and chairs. The location is strategic: a stone's throw from Porta Nuova station and the metro, adjacent to the centre, close to Valentino Park and surrounded by clubs and restaurants of the area. An excellent base for exploring Turin for a few days or staying several weeks in the city. Check-in and check-out times are very flexible.
The 40 m2 apartment, equipped with all the comforts and necessities for long stays, consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom (partially separated) and bathroom with a spacious shower and an anteroom-laundry room. The private courtyard is accessible from both the balcony and the building's courtyard. Any bicycles and scooters can be parked in it.
The apartment and the entire building were renovated in 2023. It is ideal for two people but can accommodate a third on the single sofa bed in the living room.
The accommodation is managed with the environment in mind, from the choice of appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, air conditioning) to the cleaning products used and the choice of electricity (100% renewable).
Bed linen and one set of towels per person (small, medium and large) are provided. For stays longer than a week, everything is doubled so that changes can be made independently. Covered parking is available nearby.
