When I arrived at the apartment, no one was there. When I asked for clarification, the owner told me to collect the keys 6 km away from the agreed meeting point, even though this had never been discussed or agreed upon before I arrived at the property. I was traveling with my 80‑year‑old father, making it unrealistic for us to travel that distance. When I asked if someone could bring the keys to us, she replied that if I could not go there myself, I would have to wait until she returned to the city center at 8:00 (2h later) pm because she was “busy.”This is unacceptable, especially considering that I paid for a service and received such treatment in return.
Once inside the apartment, everything initially appeared tidy. However, when preparing for bed, I discovered that the duvet was dirty and did not have any cover. This added to an already unacceptable situation.
