Had to wait for housekeeping just to tell us no that’s not something I can do we need to get maintenance who eventually showed up only to be told that he needed housekeeping too as the beds needed to be fully torn apart to be fixed. Rooms were then switched. New room was ok. The bathroom faucet was extremely loose. Chips and scratches in bathing are. 3-4 times we had to go back downstairs to the front desk because the keys stopped...

“Here for basketball tournament with the family. The first thing my son said was it smells like cleaning products. My husband’s response was that’s a good thing. Everything in the kitchen bathroom and bedding was extremely clean and updated. We will definitely be back here for the next games.”

Despite this, they assisted me with my luggage when I arrived and left. Due to my disability, I am unable to lift my suitcase either from my car or within the hotel. “1) The $100 deposit got charged rather than a hold; the staff then printed out a paper saying the charge did not reach the Heritage inn, and charged another $100 from my credit card. 2) When I asked to extend my stay, requested to charge another $100 after charging for another day. I refused to pay $300 for deposit; and exited. 3) Currently, heritage inn has $407 withheld that needs to be refunded. 4) The staff seemed Asian/African but “refused” to cooperate with my stay at Heritage Inn.”
