“Room was lovely, continental break was good with muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc Nice quiet rural atmosphere.”

“I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”...

“The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities.”

“This stay was generally ok. The property is “old and tired”, but clean. No elevator ( there are only two floors). We managed that, but it would have been nice to know. Had to drive a bit for meals, but not terrible. The staff were very nice.”

“Room was dirty. The pool was cloudy like it hasn’t been cleaned. I had to wait each time I needed to talk to someone at the desk.”

“I had an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel valued from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“The property was nice the staff was helpful me and my wife stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was a very nice size but the only thing we did not like was the furniture it was very uncomfortable the couch was very hard not soft so we couldn’t watch T.V The king size bed was very uncomfortable that was also hard and not soft we woke up with back aches also the shower was very slippery so we mainly swam in the pool during the day and ventured out in all I give 3 stars”

“Room was spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Pool and gym were great. Patio area with fire pit was a great space for us hang out, eat and let the kids have more space to move about. Close to everything! Overall, a great stay and would recommend to others for a nice, quick stay in Lancaster.”
