“A couple of frustrations. The staff does not explain to you how to work the AC. The usual controls don’t work. The AC controls are on a remote that we didn’t notice were on the entertainment center the next morning. And on the first stay the manager asked THREE times if we had dog on check in. The second stay the female manager asked about a dog then asked again if we had dog. I said “nope I didn’t get one in the last 60 seconds “.
