5,013 sq ft home that is located in a quiet wooded subdivision with a spectacular view of the lake! 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath home. An amazing entrance takes you through the large living area, by the perfect formal dining room with beautiful hardwood floors into the gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite tops and top of the line appliances. The Royal Master Suite comes with a large master bathroom. The master suite has a private entrance and walks out to a back patio with a covered area, fire pit and patio furniture! There are more bedrooms (Total: K, Q, Q, Q, Q, Q, T, T, T). There are 2 full size queen raised mattresses available in the living areas as well, avail upon request! (Q, Q)! Also, 2 fully reclining sofa seats are also available! A cheery sunroom! Also, a huge basement recreation room/game room with a bar area and an amazing fully equipped home gym! Equipped with REP Adonis cable tower machine, Elliptical, Peloton Bike, Free weights, Bands, Kettlebells, Rogue monster weight rack with up to 250 lb. of plates, pull-up bar and Rogue Bench! The basement is themed “UA” that Alabama fans will love!!!!! Each room equipped with TVs! Located south of town, less than 9 miles and approximately 15 minutes from downtown Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama!

Clean and spacious

Property was 20 mins from the campus. Very clean and lots of space. Basement was bama themed and a big hit. Owners were quick to respond. Loved the mini fridges and snack trays in each room. Nice touch!

Game Weekend

The house was well appointed with everything we needed and more. Jennifer and Roger are fantastic. So responsive and accommodating. Instructions clear and thorough. BIG house, lots of rooms and beds, and the in-room snacks were a hit. Thank you!

Great house for a great weekend

Amazing house, with a ton of beds and very clean and spacious. As a group of diehard Alabama fans we loved the basement with all the cool Crimson Tide memorabilia. Would definitely stay at this awesome house again. Thanks for having us!

DREAM CHRISTMAS 2022!

When my sister and I first started looking for a place that would accommodate our families for the holiday, we came across this beautiful home that was so similar to our parent’s house, that we thought it was too good to be true. We were a little nervous because we had never used VRBO before, but upon arrival, the home was everything we needed and more. Roger and Jennifer are the most thoughtful and gracious hosts, who were available even prior to our check in to navigate us through checking in a day early. We received clear check in instructions prior to our arrival which was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, the neighborhood was nice and peaceful with a basketball goal to accommodate our children. There was a Christmas Card and treat on the countertop for our family. The home was beautifully decorated for the holiday and was immaculate. Each bedroom had towels laid out, a stocked refrigerator with drinks and snacks were provided. The beds were comfortable and all rooms were beautifully furnished. It was the perfect home away from home and accommodated our every need. We were able to take beautiful family pictures without even leaving the home. Christmas on the road 2022 was definitely a success! We will without a doubt book again when in the area as well as refer others.

Game Day (Football and Basketball)

This house is just as the photos show and even better. There are multiple living spaces (inside and out) There are plenty of beds and all were comfortable and had plenty of blankets and pillows. The Bama Man Cave was absolutely FANtastic. The main floor has a huge kitchen that is stocked with plentyu of dishes, glasses etc. They had more pots and pans than my house!! The owners were responsive and to our needs and questions (we only had 2) everything was explained in writing and nothing was left to question! Thank you Andersons!!

Great place for Bama football weekend.

Everything was terrific at this home. It had everything we needed and easily accommodated our group of 13. It's located in a very quiet and nice area, and only a short drive to UA. Minifridges were a great touch. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming and Comfortable

Roger and Jennifer's home was wonderful! We invited friends to Alabama to experience a UA football game with us. There was plenty of room for our large group. It was homey and it was nice for all of us to be in one place rather than individual hotel rooms. We had everything we needed for our weekend. The mini fridges in every room were a nice added touch. A truly fabulous weekend in Alabama! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Stay for Graduation Weekend

If you were in Tuscaloosa To celebrate a special occasion, this is definitely the place to be.

Roger and Jennifer Hooten amazing. And easy to communicate with. The entire house is just stunning. It really helped make our daughters graduation from the University of Alabama a very memorable experience.

Fun in Tuscaloosa for graduation

This was the perfect house to celebrate the graduation of my daughter from the University of Alabama. Our families came in from across the nation to stay in a comfortable, quiet house settled in the wooded hills just outside Tuscaloosa. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated for Christmas, with plenty of space for us to gather together or spread out. The well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Less than 15 min from campus, we were able to get to graduation quickly on Friday evening, and bring everyone back for dinner and cake. My daughter and friends loved the Crimson Tide basement with TV, comfy reclining couch and chairs, an Alabama themed pool table, and a bar with seating. We watched TV, played pool and just hung out for hours and hours, it was mini family reunion. This is the house for Crimson Tide fans - it was perfect. Many blessings and roll tide!

4th of July 2021 Family Vacation

This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! There was enough room for our family of 12 to spread out and truly enjoy each other. Check-in was so easy and the hosts, the Andersons, were wonderful and definitely available if needed! The house amenities included more than enough towels, blankets, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and condiments. The coffee and tea bar was such a great added bonus! Also, we have a couple of serious fishermen in the family, so the two lakes right across from the property was really nice! We would definitely return again!!!
