Summary:

Run Forest Run is a completely remodeled home just 2.5 miles from the University of Alabama. You will love the comfort that this home brings. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and a sunroom. Each of the 3 bedrooms has their own en-suite bathroom. This house really caters towards larger groups with the spacious layout and full basement.



The Space:

Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 3: Twin day bed with trundle with en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 4: (sunroom) Twin day bed with trundle

Bedroom 5: (basement) Queen bed, two twin bunk bed sets, one full-sized sofa bed



There is another full bathroom in the basement along with a laundry room.



Our the back door is a really neat covered patio with a Smart TV, great furniture, and a big ceiling fan. This is located in the fenced in backyard!

Important: We do not accept reservations from local guests unless approved by the management. Please contact us before booking if you are a local guest.

• Kindly check out by 10:00 AM CST.

• Per the City of Tuscaloosa, we are approved for a maximum of 8 adults and 4 vehicles.



House Rules:

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Parties/events are not allowed.

• Pets allowed with $100 fee per pet



Quiet Enjoyment:

• We kindly request all guests to observe quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



Security Measures:

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. We also have noise monitors in the house that monitor the decimal level of the noise.





Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
