“Staff at the main building were not really friendly . “A new girl” was very rude the day we checked in. The atmosphere was nice and people were friendly around the resort . We did have a cockroach in our room. Otherwise it was an okay stay.”

“One of the best places we have stayed in Orlando! The location is so amazing with all the shopping and dining around, and the Disney parks are all within 15 minute drive. The staff was beyond helpful and really made our stay one to remember. We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra 5 nights instead of moving to a Disney hotel like we had planned. We will definitely be back, and we will be recommending it to everyone! ”

“the ac turning off every 2 hours was loud but the room stayed cold. breakfast was good with lots of options. the shower in my room at least the pressure was bed and the water would pool at the bottom. elevator didn’t work but got a room on the first floor with and extra bed and close to the pool. overall good for a one night stay. plenty of places to get dinner or lunch. ”
