“Wonderful visit!”

“The 2 bedroom 2 bath was AMAZING!! the room was functional, clean, stocked, and everything we needed and more. The breakfast was sub par; way too many people for the amount of food and space; had to wait in line 30 min for an omelet/egg. Had to wait 10 min for juice as there was only one dispenser for everyone. No milk or creamer for coffee; no forks. Staff was not helpful and the area was overrun by teens getting plate after plate of food and running into the rest of us just trying to get...

“Dopo un inizio a stento primi due giorni in cui ci hanno detto che loro facevano solo cambio biancheria bagno e nessuna pulizia della camera, hanno corretto il tiro e pulito ogni giorno come è normale che sia. Colazione sufficiente, zona buona e ordinata un po’ lontana da zona parchi. ”

“Washer machines need to be updated they were making loud noises and vibrating all over the place. Front desk hard to contact on personal phone . Use the room phone and you won’t have any issues. My room key was not working so I was locked out called front desk 3x and was disconnected. I was able to waive down security and let me in until I was able to get a new key card”

“Soggiorno molto buono. Le pulizie, fatte 3 volte in 9 giorni, molto scadenti. Tutto il resto molto buono.”

“La posizione è buona per raggiungere i parchi Disney, posizionata su una importante strada trafficata ma comunque non è rumoroso, lo è invece l’aria condizionata ma a quanto pare in Florida è un problema frequente. Ben insonorizzata, materasso piuttosto comodo. Non ho apprezzato la posizione della camera nel complesso alberghiero perché era in una zona soggetta a lavori, mezzi da lavoro all’opera dalle 7:30 (ruspe e quant’altro) al 2 piano (benissimo, preferiamo i piani alti) ma con l’ascensore...

“Cuscini scomodi, maniglia bagno quasi appesa, lampadine dei lumetti appesi e non funzionanti. In bagno non c'e la ventola. ”

“The house we booked was wonderful with exception of an annoying pool alarm that would ring 10 minutes after the sliding glass door would open into the house and into the patio… it would be preferable to be able to override it if the pool gate was installed … the house was not equipped with a mop or broom and the number of towels per bathroom was very limited plus 2 chaises in the pool area were in disrepair”

“My daughter absolutely love this resort every time we go we always have a good staff even though this time the one staff that we had she wasn’t that great and I ended up having to get another staff that turned out to be perfect he help me with everything that I needed. I was grateful my daughter was happy at the end and that’s all that matter Rome always maintenance workers are always polite. We would definitely be back again next year.”

“Loved the shuttle transportation always on time and takes you throughout the resort and sunset walk.”

“Dirty sticky floor, old sticky furniture, damp and musty sheets, no coffee, no kleenex, no hand towels. We were misled by Expedia ratings and comments. Very old delapidated inn with beautifully updated lobby which is the picture shown. Yes, It was under $100 dollars but I would have paid more if the ratings were truthful. Would not recommend it at all. Go next door to JCInn”
