“Details to improve. Room is good except minor issues like plugs are damaged. Washroom need some works dirty grout lines and exhaust fan not doing much.”

“The place is clean, staffs are very helpful. Alot of services offered. Scenic view. If your arrival to the property is after 9pm, you need to alert them for a better accommodation.”

“The check in experience was fantastic and they drove us to our cabin. Our stay was marred by a subpar bathroom experience. The shower leaked everywhere. The shower stand was wobbly. Yet when I had hotel staff check they made it seem as if this was an issue but they didn't fix. So we had to deal with a sopping wet floor the entire time. Very unpleasant. The picture doesn't quite capture the issue. ”

“深夜のチェックイン だったにもかかわらず スムーズに部屋に入れました バスタブ付きのとても広い部屋でこのホテルでは 最上階 で角部屋でした エアコンを使うことはあまりなく 快適に過ごせます 朝食は種類はそれほど多くはありませんが どれも とても美味しく大満足でした さらに アフタヌーンティーサービスもあり お茶とドライフルーツ 小さなお菓子が振る舞われましてた スタッフの皆さんもとても気持ちよく接していただき 気持ちよく滞在することができます 少し問題があるとすれば バスルームで仕切りがないので シャワーを使うと洗面とトイレが濡れてしまうので使えませんでした。”

“Funny and cute for a short stay but not comfortable for multiple days. Bed was small for two and short for non-Asians if over 180cm. Very humid and somewhat dusty/smelly. Bathrooom too small to stand in the shower or move around. Water didn't drain properly after shower which made it problematic to use the bathroom hours after. Overall very small so you better not have lots of luggage. Reception was not available during our 3 fay stay, except at check in and check out (we got extra water which...

“As soon as I arrive and checkout all the staff were exceptionally friendly, happy and very helpful with any questions i had. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and tiday. Bed was amazing. The breakfast included was delicious every morning out on the balcony as I listend to the birds singing. I didnt want to leave as Dalat is a beautiful town to stay in. ”

“The staff was friendly and helped me with a stressful situation. But the internet connection was terrible. Netflix and YouTube were available but the internet was so bad nothing would load. The bed was hard. The location was great, close to the Crazy House and several restaurants. ”
