  • La Casaurina Beach sulla Tweed Coast si trova a metà strada tra Byron Bay e la Gold Coast. È una zona incontaminata, ecologicamente diversificata, a breve distanza dalle attrazioni circostanti. Vanta una pista ciclabile / ciclabile di 17 km che collega Kingscliff a Cabarita con facile accesso a magnifiche spiagge per il surf. La zona è circondata da splendidi negozietti, caffetterie, un cinema e ristoranti.

    SERENITY a Casuarina Beach è la casa perfetta per la tua vacanza in famiglia o un alloggio per la sposa e la sua famiglia nel suo weekend speciale. Questa grande casa sulla spiaggia con 5 camere da letto dispone di letti per un massimo di 14 persone (2 delle aree comuni aggiuntive possono essere convertite in camere da letto con porte a battente a doppia anta piantagione, ottenendo 7 aree "camera da letto"). Le camere hanno moquette e gli spazi abitativi hanno pavimenti in legno lucido al piano superiore e piastrelle in gres porcellanato al piano di sotto.

    Dal momento in cui entri. SERENITY sembra di essere a casa ... tutto ciò che devi portare sono i tuoi vestiti e l'attrezzatura da spiaggia. Quasi tutto il resto è fornito!

    PIANO TERRA

    Una grande area di intrattenimento a pianta aperta comprende salone, TV, biliardo / ping pong / tavolo da gioco, zona pranzo e bar con servizi da bar. Facile vista dei bambini in piscina mentre si fa il barbecue, rilassarsi sul divano letto, sedie dell'Hampton o godersi un pasto presso il barbecue all'aperto per 8 persone a bordo piscina. Grandi servizi di lavanderia (tra cui asciugatrice, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro e lavatrice + asciugatrice) sono al piano di sotto vicino al garage custodito (un garage di 2 1/2 auto sovradimensionato con spazio sufficiente per la vostra moto d'acqua o stand up paddle board). disponibile per l'uso e ti consigliamo di portare tavole da skateboard / scooter ecc. per goderti il giro sul lungomare di Kingscliff o Cabarita.

    DI SOPRA

    Troverete una spaziosa zona giorno a pianta aperta che si estende su un ponte di legno rivolto a nord-est. Grande spazio per sedersi nella privacy, gustare un pasto e ascoltare le onde che si infrangono a pochi metri di distanza.
    La cucina è ben attrezzata con una dispensa da maggiordomo con 2 lavelli e 2 lavastoviglie. Elettrodomestici moderni, piano cottura a gas e grande frigorifero. (Frigo bar aggiuntivo nella barra umida al piano di sotto). La cucina ha una panca ad isola di grandi dimensioni con 4 sedie ed è perfetta per famiglie numerose o durante la preparazione dei pasti. Le aree pranzo oltre alla panchina dell'isola sono un tavolo da pranzo per 8 persone e 6 persone all'aperto sul ponte.
    La camera da letto principale al piano superiore con bagno privato ha accesso alla porta scorrevole sul ponte ed è un bel posto per vedere l'alba. All'altra estremità della casa ci sono 3 camere da letto, un bagno di dimensioni standard (vasca da bagno e doppio lavabo), nonché una sala giochi per bambini o un'area salotto aggiuntiva. Questa zona ha un divano letto matrimoniale che può essere chiuso come una camera da letto con ante a battente con anta a piantagione.

    Il cortile completamente recintato ha accesso al cancello sul sentiero sulla spiaggia che si trova a pochi metri dall'accesso n. 2 della spiaggia di Casuarina. Da qui è possibile passeggiare, andare in bicicletta o pattinare lungo l'ampia spiaggia a piedi e in bicicletta con docce e posti a sedere vicino ai percorsi della spiaggia. Mentre la costa di 3,5 km della stessa Casuarina Beach offre aree verdi e parchi, Kingscliff Village è a pochi minuti lungo la strada con molti ristoranti alla moda, caffè e negozi al dettaglio.
    500 metri a nord è la spiaggia pattugliata e resort a Salt Village, mentre 500 metri a sud è la spiaggia pattugliata, ristorante e strutture sportive a Casuarina Beach.
    Parchi Patrimonio dell'Umanità, Mt Warning, Tweed River e la bellissima Caldera fanno da sfondo a questo splendido ambiente.
    Situato sulla Tweed Coast, Casuarina Beach si trova a soli 15 minuti a sud dell'aeroporto di Coolangatta ea un'ora e quindici minuti di auto da Brisbane.

Perfect for family gathering

Was the perfect house for us all to meet up. This home accomodated all our needs with enough bedding configurations, easy access to the beach, a pool for those who preferred it, plenty of bathrooms and cooking equipment to cater to a large number of people and games and pool table to keep us entertained. We had a great family holiday.

Beautiful

Huge house with plenty of space. We were there on a family holiday with grandparents, young kids and teenagers. Enough space for everyone. Location was very relaxing. House was very nicely decorated.

excellent break away

Beautiful home to accommodate for 14 people. Pool table, table tennis bikes etc to entertain. Close to beach - walking track at end of garden. Walking distance to restaurants - facubulous stay

Family reunion

Lots of space for the adults and children and close to the beach. Pool was smaller than expected. It rained for most of our stay and the games room was well used. We couldn’t get the main TV to work.

Ideally located for family celebrations. Wonderfully quiet and safe location. Immediately out the back is a yard for play, then a walkway/cycle way north to Kings Cliff and out to shopping centre and beyond. Ideal for family cycling. Walkway runs parallel to walkway. Ample supply of bikes supplied by the generous owner. The suburb and cycle way is well shaded with trees and shrubs. The home, amazing for our family of 14, the living areas up stairs and down stands so spacious and relaxing extending to the outdoor areas. The owners generously provided all cutlery, plates, cooking equipment and associated materials The home reflected generosity, trust and ethical management. Oh the neighbours were very pleasant!

Overall great house let down by attention to detail.

The house is really well designed and works extremely well for a big group, the position is excellent. It is however getting a little tired and showing the need for maintenance. The grout in the bathroom needs a good clean or replacing. It looks like it has been originally set up well with all sorts of things you may need but there weren't enough forks for our group of 13 and there were only 12 towels. The pull-out bed is not big enough for 2 adults it really only sleeps 13 not 14 as claimed.

Potential hampered by suboptimal cleanliness

Such a fabulous location with excellent space for our two families. The pool and garden were well maintained and clean. Wonderful outdoor area and kitchen/entertaining space. Walking distance to beach. Pool table was used a few nights. Sadly the wifi was suboptimal and dropouts were frequent - likely related to the ISP and dated router - contact with the manager was good and speedy but was unable to be sorted as required to be onsite to address the issue which didn’t suit our schedule but I did require to do some work and it wasn’t suitable for that. Despite the size of the house and ample furnishings, the house needs a good clean. There were thick layers of dust on all windows, shutters, stairs, fans, pendant lights and trims. We gave some of them a clean. The tracks from windows and sliders were full of dirt and bugs. The lack of screens on the balcony sliders meant mosquitoes and bugs could readily come in. They needed to be open as there was no A/C and the ceiling fans weren’t efficient enough for the warm and humid days. The fan in the main bedroom and rumpus only has one speed that worked. We bought a few pillows for some of the beds as the ones provided were old and flat. The shared bathroom on the main floor leaks water through the shower screen that soaked the mats and floor. There were dried, spilt drinks under the couch we found when we moved a couch to pick up something. We gave the floors a good vacuum with the provided Dyson handheld. The kitchen is large and reasonably equipped though the pans had loose screws or were very dirty. The coffee machine was excellent and we enjoyed using it. Provision of a dishwasher pod or two would have been appreciated for the first night. Overall a nice location and good space with a better stay if the house was better maintained and clean. We felt the cleaning fee we paid was sufficient to ensure a high level of cleanliness and maintenance.

Great family time

We have a large family so we were looking for a large home so we could all stay together, this home was perfect to accommodate 7 adults and 6 children Location was perfect, beachfront a few steps away, shops were located nearby. The bikes on-site were used by adults and children on the coastal pathway through to Kingscliff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in a beachfront location

Our weekend away had many hiccups but this stay was not one of them. Ingrid was a great host with very clear communication. The house was beautiful and accommodating for us perfectly.

extended family getaway

The property was styled beautifully with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was larger than most family kitchens. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas, including a pool table. Plenty of space to spread out with another family. We loved this property and would highly recommend staying. Ingrid was easy to communicate with also.

Fabulous property

This property was perfect for our enlarged family of 12. It is extremely spacious and well featured. We rode on the bikes to both Cabarita and Kingscliff as it is perfectly located between the two. The house has plenty of facilities for a large gathering. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

Stunning! Location is perfect. Furnishings and styling are lux and create a relaxed but elegant. Great for entertaining. Ideal for 2 families or one larger family vacation.

Good house, poor housekeeping

The house was ideal for our requirements, however, we were let down by the overall lack of cleanliness, maintenance and sub standard linen. The windows, patio doors and runners have not been cleaned in months. Maintenance wise, there were lamps that either didn’t have a globe or did not work, one of the bedroom fans did not work. Neither the internal garage door nor the front door latched shut. There was 1 tea towel, insufficient toilet rolls and insufficient garbage bags. The list goes on, if anyone is interested - including cockroaches.

House was just like advertised, even a bit better! We had friends and family stay, there was room for all, even the dogs! Plunge pool was a hit and big enough for 3 tots 3-5 plus grandpa

Fabulous

Our host Ingrid was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. We had a small approved gathering whilst there which was wonderful. We also brought our dog (with approval) which was such a great bonus and appreciated. The house is beautifully equipped with everything a family needs and more. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely anything you could need for your stay. We dragged bikes and boards up there only to find them in the garage. More towels and beds than we needed. The bedrooms were lovely with happy art, good mattresses and pillows and plenty of room to unpack. Right in the heart of everything. We had so much fun. The snooker table and pool were absolute highlights. Cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. Fantastic position. We will be returning. The hosts are so thoughtful and generous. Thanks Ingrid again for a fabulous stay.

Excellent home

We loved our stay of 5 nights with our families of 14. Location was excellent. Surf beach very close. Quite surroundings made it very special. Great bike and walking paths. Shops and restaurants close.
