“We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier.”

“Mega tolle Anlage...wir hatten ein kleines Häuschen mit Terasse und Blick auf den See. Frühstück im Restaurant sehr gut und reichhaltig.... Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam... “Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind mit Auto angereist und am Hotel waren genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Preis lag bei 25€ pro Tag und kann direkt im Hotel bezahlt werden. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und sauber. WC und Dusche waren getrennt. Eigentlich ein Vorteil, aber schade, dass dann im WC kein Waschbecken vorhanden ist und man zum Hände waschen erst in den anderen Raum laufen muss. “Overpriced stayed for what was offered. We were forced to stay in the airport because of a conference. The room was not clean, basics commodity offered. Once I asked to replace the towel on a 5night stay they even forgot to replace the shower carpet and one towel. I asked the reception and they never brought the little shower carpet to the room. Coffee and tea bags were refilled only once.City taxes are redicously higher (more than ten euro again). Customer service is inexistent. It is a pity as...

“hotel datato, la stanza sottotetto dove sono stato sistemato - double superior era piccolina, con la moquette (!!!!!!), uno dei termosifoni non funzionava e non ha mai funzionato, nel bagno si sentiva un odore pessimo. avvertito il personale ha mandato la cameriera a pulire il bagno con prodotti chimici che hanno - addirittura - peggiorato la situazione. la prossima volta andrò da un'altra parte......... ”
