Twentynine Palms Chamber of Commerce: Tour e Visite Guidate

The room was beautiful, very open and we had the corner room so 2 different views of the lake. Restaurant was closed for dinner due to the 4th of July holiday, a little inconvenient. Our remote to our tv wasn’t working and took 3 hours to resolve. Wasn’t happy about that but they tried to make our stay special by giving us a bottle of champagne. Don’t stay on the grassy area by the lake, a ton of ants on the property. Overall a peaceful, scenic view of the lake. Bathrooms were modern and updated. Maid services interrupted my nap in the morning though trying to come in. Walls a bit thin, you can hear your neighbors above and next to you.

This place is gorgeous! Everything was beautifully designed and well thought-out. I appreciated the nice smelling diptyque toiletries and the cute bar in the room. I particularly liked how the accessibility features (grip bar, shower stool) were thoughtfully integrated and beautiful, rather than being an afterthought. The bed was also super cozy and the room smelled great! The staff was so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day.

For the price it was good, I stayed for a weekend and had to pay $50 for wifi (didn’t like that). I r didn’t have housekeeping come to the room at all throughout our stay and had to take our own trash out before checking out to a trash room. The employee who checked us in was not helpful , he was just trying to get rid of us & when we were leaving the lobby we were met with people trying to have us sign up for a tour in the middle of giving us some wristbands that we didn’t even know we needed (bc the front desk person didn’t explain anything). But parking was good, no problems there. Place was overall clean, the room was great loved the kitchen, my kid loved the lazy river and pool.
