“Very good coffee is available in the lobby and the complimentary breakfast buffet is great. The bathroom towels aren’t very soft. We stayed 3 nights and had housekeeping service the room after the second night. They made the beds but didn’t change the sheets and they never vacuumed the floors. Kind of disappointing.”

“I stayed at the hotel from March 26-29. I had a double queen for myself and my aunt. The first night was fine, however when I woke up to get ready I noticed that our room didn’t have an iron. The front desk clerk was gracious enough to get me one. I went down for breakfast all days to see what they served and I was disappointed that they do not accommodate non pork eaters or those of us who can’t drink cow milk. “This hotel should be removed from Expedia. The staff will steal money from you. There are cockroaches and blood in your bed. Plus mice running around. ”

“There was no hot water at all in the hotel. The fire alarm went off at 11 PM. It did not stop until 1 AM. It was horrible. Nobody was interested in helping and no hot water to take a shower.”
