“I don't know how is possible don't give 5 stars at this accomodation. Service was perfect. We arrived at Christmas and we received all the informations we needed. Very professional. Apartament is spacious , very clean and perfect for a family. The kitchen is new and complete with all accessories .Easily we got very good meals. “Block out blinds didn't completely fit windows, so light streamed in at each end. Toothpaste on sink, no shower gel or shampoo in containers. Terrible smell coming from bathroom, the sink was blocked. Did not report at the time due to having to be at the hospital until very late, but reported at check out, was told that a note will be left for housekeeping. We would not stay again”

“Room was tidy and as clean as could be considering it's not a modern motel, Staff very helpful and friendly. Just a 5 minute easy walk to major shopping centre. Loved the balcony at the back of my room overlooking the natural bush. Very quiet location. Aircon worked well and was quiet. Also loved I could open windows for fresh air which many modern rooms don't offer. Overall a very good experience, I will stay again.”

“All the staff were very accommodating. We had a lovely big renovated room with twin beds. The outdoor spa in the pool area is warm enough to use going into winter. Lovely fresh breakfast. There are currently renovations/construction noise, but we were out and about most of it anyhow.”
