Quiet Retreat with Private Hot Tub

Escape to your private, pet-friendly oasis in Twin Falls! This modern home is perfect for relaxation and adventure. Unwind by the cozy fireplace, soak in the private hot tub, or explore the nearby Snake River Canyon. Features a fully equipped kitchen, fenced yard, and comfortable living spaces for the perfect getaway.

Step inside and feel right at home in this bright, modern, and comfortable space. The spacious living room invites you to relax on comfortable reclining furniture in front of a cozy fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and updated appliances, giving you everything you need to prepare delicious, home-cooked meals. Just off the kitchen, your private, fully fenced backyard awaits. Fire up the Traeger grill for a barbecue on the deck, then soak your cares away in the steaming hot tub.

Your comfort is our priority. We provide a range of convenient amenities, including:

High-speed internet
Smart TV with streaming options (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime)
Central air conditioning
A full-size washer and dryer
A versatile coffee bar with options for both K-cups and brewed coffee

Guest Access

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire home. This includes all interior living spaces, the private and fully fenced backyard, the outdoor deck, and the hot tub. Make yourself at home!

The Neighborhood

Our home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short walk from a local park complete with a playground and walking path. When you're ready to explore, Twin Falls offers something for everyone, from the scenic Snake River Canyon and Shoshone Falls to family fun at the First Federal splash park.

House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we have a few simple rules for pets:

A maximum of two pets allowed.
Please note the home has a small, fenced yard and dog door but is walking distance to a larger park.

Important Information

For the safety of all our guests, the hot tub is available for use only by booked guests aged 18 and over. We ensure the hot tub is professionally cleaned and maintained after every stay for your enjoyment and peace of mind.

This home was absolutely lovely. Everything was so clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. And the owners thought of everything from different flavors of coffee for the Keurig, to extra toothbrushes in the bathroom in case a guest forgot one, to even having suitcase stands in the bedrooms! And that is just to name a few of the very thoughtful touches. We also made good use of use of the hot tub and smoker/grill during our stay. It was a lovely retreat to return to after busy days out. We highly recommend this property!

The place was great. Neat and clean. We appreciated the labels on the fridge and the shower. Labels, or instructions, for the TV remote and the sound remote would have been nice, but we figured it out. We also appreciated the ceiling fans in the main room and the bedrooms. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Visit in Twin Falls

We had the pleasure of staying at this property while visiting family in Twin Falls. The house was fully stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen items...really everything you need! The proptery was clean, quiet neighborhood (also very walkable) and the hot tub made unwinding so nice. The wifi was strong enough for my partner and I to both work during the stay. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

The BEST VRBO Rental in Twin Falls

We are seasoned VRBO renters and do a ton of research before booking a property that fits our specific needs when we travel. This home is the BEST rental we have stayed in the last two years. The communication with the hosts from beginning to end was top-notch! The home itself is VERY clean, beautifully decorated, and VERY WELL stocked. This is the first home we have stayed in that has literally everything you need to relax and enjoy a vacation! We enjoyed the hot tub on a few very cold nights after the parade and shopping. The beds are VERY comfortable! This is also the quietest neighborhood we've ever stayed in! We felt VERY safe! We will definitely be back to this home away from home on our next Twin Falls trip!!

Hot tub and a quiet, clean, wonderful dwelling.

The hot tub was really nice and was used every day of our stay. I wished we could have been out there later than 10:00pm, but we obeyed the rules and kept to the curfew. The home is very nice, clean, new, quiet and spacious for what we needed. We had to drive across town for restaurants and activities, but it wasn't too bad. The owners are great to work with and we had no qualms and the one question that we asked was answered promptly. I highly recommend this property and working with Tammi and Richard!
