“Rooms are clean, cant complain”

“The 1st lady at check in seemed to have a problem with English but she called someone (who came within minutes) who was fluent. The internet was wonky. It went in & out. I couldn't get the tv to work but this was certainly operator headspace. I didn't ask about it because hubby was listening to stuff on his phone. The A/C was off when we arrived but very quickly cooled off. Bedding was very comfortable. It was a good deal for the price & we'd stay again.”

“No continental breakfast, staff was late upon check in, it’s a 150$ deposit for an already dirty room. Multiple reasons for an uncomfortable stay. ”

“Hotel was clean. Staff was great especially Randi at the front desk. Breakfast was really good. The sausage gravy was delicious.”

“Terrible experience. My room was never cleaned nor stocked, dirty sheets and floors, ants all over the counter and the only way to get help is to contact an AI 800 number”

“Directly located in front of Legoland entrance, 5 minutes walk. Clean an easy to access.”

“Luci non funzionanti in bagno, mudda un po'dappertutto, odore non proprio gradevole nella hall. Gestito da cinesi. Se ci vai x dormirci una notte dopo Legoland, può anche andar bene.”

“When we arrived the first room wasn’t that clean but the lady at the front desk was super nice and offered to move us & that room was pretty clean . I didn’t like how breakfast wasn’t included and I know it has nothing to do with the hotel staff itself but we stayed 5 days and it seemed like a lot riff raff happening nightly and the prop stayed smelling like marijuana. Overall it was an okay stay. I will say the staff was the only thing that was 10/10 though .”

“I paid for refill cups I couldn't use at the theme park. If you buy the refill theme park cups from the restaurant as advertised on the table make sure you get the straws that come with them. Also get them to activate the cups or else you won't be able to get drinks.”
