Hotel in zona Twin Lakes, Regina

“A basic hotel near the airport.”

“Blood on mattress cover , door across the hallway was broken into and fixed with duct tape . Chlorine in the pool was so strong is gave us a rash from over treatment . ”

“The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“The pet fee was reasonable, about $25.00. I did not stay for breakfast. Unfortunately I was woken up repeatedly by doors in the hallway opening and closing with a rattle everytime, and a woman’s voice also repeatedly in the hallway until about 1:00 a.m. It seemed the hotel was wide awake by 5:00 a.m. again with the doors banging away. The room was not the least bit soundproof to the hallway. I did tell the front desk in the morning that I was not happy and would not be staying there again....

“The room was clean. The bed was a little soft for our taste. It was comfortable for our one night stay. The breakfast was available but very basic. It was okay.”

“The room was reasonably clean but the hallways and entrance ways not at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was nothing close to what was advertised. I wouldn't stay here again. ”

“I cannot recommend this place enough. Don't go expecting the world. But understand they truly care. Staff is by far the most exceptional.”

“Had an excellent experience with the front desk staff checking and checking out. Pool and restaurant looked nice though I didn't use either. Somewhat noisy.”

“Room wasn't cleaned properly upon arrival and once we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress was wet for some reason. Not damp but wet ”
