“Great hotel for business travel. Very matter of fact location and amenities.”

“Entering the villa was a bit confusing since the lobby isn’t located at the front. The place also felt very quiet—there were only two occupied rooms at the time, including ours. The water fountain wasn’t working, which added to the slightly empty atmosphere. Once we entered the room, we were impressed by how spacious and beautiful it was. The main reason I’m giving this a 3-star rating is the bed. Unfortunately, it was very uncomfortable—I could feel the springs all night and didn’t sleep...

“The hotel was fine but upon arrival, I was told I needed a $200 cash security deposit. I booked this hotel and paid through Expedia for the stay. I offered my credit card but he refused saying too many times it doesn't work. I had just driven 6 hours and had prepaid for my room and didn't want to lose my $444 paid. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere, Nowhere on your site or on the hotel site is this mentioned or noted. I would not have booked here if I had had that information. NOT OK!!”
