Ladies Book Club Getaway
We were a group of seven women who are in a book club together and for this month's meeting we decided to have a girls weekend on Lake Michigan! The cabin was easy to find, access and we all had our own space. Towels were fluffy and there were plenty of supplies for what we needed. Kitchen was clean and we utilized the oven and coffee maker for breakfast and the table was perfect for our group to play games and eat. We did use Outburst from the shelf and had a blast. We also played the headline game and had fun as well; thank you for having extra games! Water was hot for all of our showers and the water pressure was great. We were right off of Lake Michigan and the views were wonderful. We went into both Two Rivers and Manitowoc and enjoyed the restaurants, beaches, bookshops and other local businesses. Would recommend and would visit again!

Perfect location

Just what we were looking for!
Great location with lake views and close to walking/bike path. We enjoyed our relaxing stay spending every day by the lake and exploring many good nearby restaurants. Although the house was too big for the two of us it was cozy, relaxing and clean. Thanks to our host and hope to return soon!

Great Base for Packers Game
The home worked out great for our family to enjoy the TNF Packers game (except for the game result). Only 45 minutes from GB and we were able to go back the next day to enjoy the HOF. We would stay again.

Two Rivers
We have rented this house every summer for about 10 years now. The guys love salmon and trout fishing on Lake Michigan and the girls love Neshotah Beach. Great place to spend time with family and friends around the campfire. The host is great and is very quick to respond to any problem at all. Will definitely book next year!

Father / daughter weekend
My sisters and I took our father for a weekend to visit our cousins in Manitowoc. This house was wonderful and I would love to bring my kids and grandchildren back in the summer!!

Just Perfect
Exactly what we needed! Home was clean, beds comfy! Close to restaurants and lots of thrift and antique shopping in both Two Rivers and Manitowoc. Well appointed, had everything we needed and more! it was amazing to watch the moon come up over the water both nights, hope to come back in the summer to actually go to the beach!

Amazing Stay in Two Rivers!!
Rosalee's home was a great place to stay in the Two Rivers area!! The house was very comfortable and well-appointed for our long weekend stay. Great location just outside of Two Rivers on the road that leads to Manitowoc. Everything you need for a rental property - kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs and the living quarters are very comfortable. Thank you Rosalee for a great stay!!

Family Christmas Get Away
It accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. Plenty of space for family meals, card games and Nintendo. Kitchen was very well stocked with the items needed to make meals.

Awesome property for family get together
I rented the house for family to stay during my son's wedding. There was so much room for everyone and we even held the Groom's dinner at the house. It worked out beautifully!

Awesome Thanksgiving by Lake Michigan
We had a wonderful stay with family and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving 2022- and this property was the perfect place for it. Every morning we enjoyed the sunrises over the lake. We enjoyed the sites in Two Rivers and Manitowoc and spent most days at the house enjoying good food and games. A very relaxing week indeed!

Great place on a great lake.
While we did not chose this house for it's proximity to the lake, the views were a nice bonus. The home was just as described; it was clean, had plenty of comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms, and a nice working kitchen. I would definitely stay again and would look for other properties from this owner as well.

Family packer game.
4 family's totaling 12 stayed very easy in this house. We got up walked across the street to see the sunrise. One of the best though out rentals we've stayed at. We utilized the firepit outside as well.

Great location, great house, great manager
Our family enjoyed this house immensely. With its 4 bedrooms, it fit our extended family of 8. It was close to Two Rivers, close to Manitowac. The deck was so nice for sitting and looking out over Lake Michigan.

Summer Stay
Our host was very responsive and quick to accommodate our needs. She sweetly provided a highchair when we realized that the home didn’t have one…we really appreciated that! Family Fun
Everything was excellent. Great communication with owner! All the amenities we needed! Loved the way everything was labeled! Perfect for a family with kids! Lots of entertainment, games, etc! We had a nice family bbq and an awesome campfire with the fire pit to end the evening! 5 Stars!!

We had a great time and it felt like home!
Rosalee is a great host. We had no issues that were a concern to me. The home is as advertised. And we would stay here again if ever in Trivers. (Two Rivers) It is a short distance to anywhere you want to go. Groceries, beach, zoo we’re all close by. Fires at the pit. Swings for the kids. Gas grille and a big deck to gather on. A great place for a group to get together
The only reason I rated it a 3/5 stars on location is because while we were opening Christmas presents we saw someone get arrested outside (like 8 cop cars were there) BUT that is not the property owners fault lol They had the place decorated for Christmas and it was very homey, very spacious

Family time
The house worked well for a family vacation- adult children and grandchildren with plenty of bedrooms, great backyard and fire pit ( with firewood for sale across the street). Walked the trail that goes along the lake every day.

Roomy House Near the Beach
Very roomy, comfortable house with views of Lake Michigan and within close proximity to beaches, trails and parks. Nothing fancy, just perfect accommodations for a vacation with our kids and grandkids.

Love Two Rivers!
We enjoyed being near Neshotah Beach, for half of us and salmon and trout fishing for others. Spent alot of time around the fire in the evening. Teens playing volleyball, badminton, and Cornhole etc. Had a great time with family that get together yearly.

Weekend Escape
The house was clean and well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils, plates, and such. The barbecue was clean and easy to use. The volleyball net was functional and we enjoyed playing out in the yard. Cate had a trail recommendations folder at the property, and we chose the ice age trail starting in Two Rivers. We walked along the beach. Best part is when we returned to our starting point and actually walked along the trail in the forested area behind the sand dunes. This we assume is the actual Ice Age Trail, and it was very enjoyable. Everything went well. First night we had a bit of a challenge getting the dish cable service to work (we didn't know we needed to choose the correct source using the button on the right of the Monitor/TV). - no big deal. There is a bit of highway drone that one hears given how close the home is to highway 42. That didn't bother us, and the tradeoff of being close to Lake Superior made it worth it.

Fantastic Family Getaway!
We had a really amazing stay at Cate's place. Great location set right in between Manitowoc and Two Rivers. The home was very spacious and had everything we needed! We had 6 adults and one infant and had plenty of space for everybody. We would absolutely recommend and will likely be returning in the future!

Lake trip
We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house has everything you could need. It listed toys in the description but I didn’t need to get them out. Lots of books, games, toys, beach toys, outdoor toys. The kitchen had anything we needed. The owner made everything very easy for us. Beautiful trail nearby for walking or biking. We spent lots of time at the beach. Would visit again and stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Wonderful Escape
Everything was as described and more. We especially enjoyed being able to have nightly fires using the wood in the well stocked shed. The interior of the home was very clean and the beds very comfortable with quality bedding. Since our stay was during the Pandemic we were happy to see that we could park in several small overlook places along the lake away from the beach crowds and enjoy the water. Great family times

We are so glad you adventured this way to have your family getaway. I am glad you found the many stopping points to enjoy the water. There are many additional outdoor places where you can be off by yourselves in beautiful natural settings including a a stretch of beach that many people don't know about where you can walk for miles along the Lake Michigan's shore. A real "postcard" experience. There are many Ice Age Trail segments to take, including the one that takes you to that long stretch of beach I mentioned. Having a Family Get Away in Two Rivers really can be a fulfilling socially distanced experience and I am so glad you took the opportunity to come and enjoy that.

Relaxing family getaway
This property was perfect for our family getaway. There was enough room for us all to be together and hang out. They had a beautiful large deck with enough seating for us to enjoy our morning coffees and afternoon drinks in the shade if the weather got to warm. They had so many things to offer the families that stay at the house; volleyball and badminton net, sand toys, outside chalk for the kids, beach towels, beach toys, croquet, endless board games and card games, books and our little kids favorite thing was the swing set. Lake Michigan is right across the street which my son went fish everyday. There is also a nice trail along the lake front for biking, walking or running, which was heavily used by the locals and other visitors. There are several beaches near the house, some way busier then others but all perfect for a beach day. This property supplied so much for their guest too; laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and filters, spices, towels, beach towels, sheets, washer & dryer, and many more. This property is only great because of Cate! She is amazing and so accommodating. She answered all our questions in a timely manner and was always helpful, kind, and easy to work with. My family and I would come back in a heartbeat. This home and Cate are wonderful.

Cate did an excellent job! As return customers, we really appreciated the flexibility Cate allowed us. We were also very thankful for the response and excellent customer service when we had a TV issue. We would highly recommend this stay for everyone!
