“I like room set up and it’s close by to UT Tyler. Reasonable rate and free breakfast parking. I would say not as impressed with the breakfast this visit. 8am No pastries (empty) and sliced bread selection wasn’t great found some mold on wheat loaf in drawer of choices. Also the staff member at desk for check in was probably in training but she talked too softly and just not a good greeter for a hotel. Also issues with phone call to confirm reservation again employee struggled to find my name...

“I really enjoy this hotel. We reserve here every time we visit our scholar at UTTyler. It’s close to campus and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The breakfast is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I also appreciate that the same staff is present during each visit. We've been staying at this location for two years and have mostly seen the same staff. It's an excellent place to stay.”
