“Stayed for 2 nights with my family. (Just a quick getaway). Our stay included breakfast and the use of their leisure facilities which was great. Our room, whilst a little dated had a modern washroom and was very clean, peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxed and calm vacation. “Was ok but disappointed no bedding whatsoever so difficult to sleeping otherwise fine”

“Its very peacefull and quite and clean. Its self catering and shops are bit far so best take extra food and grocery. We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects. ”

“D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

“Property was same as is been described on website kitchen and dining are huge, bedroom are good size as well. Experience a little issue with water due to cold weather however all been sorted quickly. Thank you for the great weekend”

“Lovely place but needs TLC. Been neglected somewhat. There was no toilet roll. There was 1 towel for 3 of us. Both beds needed fixing but Dan was good n came straight over n done them. Found 2 false nails in the cutlery draw. No welcome pack of tea, coffee etc. Christmas tree had 1 bauble on it. Just small stuff but collectively was a little off putting. Shame to have such a gorgeous property be neglected. Dan n his family are lovely though they love a bit of karaoke n made us feel most welcome...
