Peaceful, woodland caravan site with pool and bar

Head to West Wales & South Snowdonia to be surrounded by wonderful mountain scenery, woodland walks and miles of sandy beach. 🏞️🌳🌅🌊⛱️

This family-owned and loved caravan is located on the Woodlands Holiday Park & Country Club. The site is quiet and peaceful, set low on a hillside in amongst the trees. With a south facing aspect you can soak up the day-long sunshine, take a dip in the club pool, have a drink & bite to eat at the bar or check out the evening entertainment🥂
The space
The caravan is furnished with the original fixtures throughout. It is clean and comfortable and despite being a few years old and loved, has been well kept.

There are two bedrooms; a double bed 🛌in one room and 2 small singles 🛏️🛏️in the other. In the lounge area there is a sofa bed 🛋️ which folds out to make a small double.

The kitchen contains a fridge, microwave, oven, gas hob, sink and cupboard space to house all of your holiday snacks. 🥐

The dining area and lounge are spacious enough to fit everyone in comfortably for dinner, socialising, watching TV or getting the board games out! 🃏

The combi boiler provides hot water for the kitchen and bathroom sinks and the radiators for heating. The shower is an electric power shower and there is also a gas fire in the lounge. 🔥

Club house on site with laundry facilities, restaurant/bar and pool (seasonal restrictions apply on pool use).

This family-owned caravan is a great place to come to with your friends or family to enjoy a peaceful holiday away from it all.

We will provide one duvet for each bed and two pillows per person but the rest is down to you. 👍

*To remember when packing* duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, PLUS a shower mat, tea towels, hand towels and dishcloths.
