“Generally good room was warm and shower has great water pressure. Breakfast and included fruit, coffee, tea, granola bars and other individual packaged items like cookies and muffins. Staff was pleasant.”

“Loved the in room hot tub! The bed was way too big for the room, kept hitting our shins coming into the room. Did not like the cooking burner setup, I don’t think it even worked. The shower head did not have any pressure at all. The patio was nice and there was a great view, the area is nice but still reasonable close to the city.”

“Someone was doing laundry until 2am the laundry room is right beside the bedroom and the walls are thin it was very upsetting the door going inside the laundry room from our little apartment had a padlock on it”

“Fantastic location, never had to get in the car to enjoy all the best of Manitou Springs. Hotel was spotless, beds were comfortable and staff was very nice. Did not try the breakfast because there were too many good coffee shops in town to try. ”

“The suite at this location is phenomenal! Highly recommend for a weekend getaway. Menchie was amazing made sure we had everything we needed. This place was super clean! Our room had the balcony that was right over the running creek. Air conditioning was good, has a microwave and fridge. Theres one queen and one king bed that have their own tv's and are in teo separate room's. Very close to all the shops and restaurants. Parking was great and safe. Ill definitely be back! ”
